BBS Training Academy courses are non-refundable and have a 90-day access period. After this period, you may wish to extend your access to complete your course at $29 USD/month. We reserve the right not to accept your order and payment for any reason.

ISSUING OF COURSE CERTIFICATES

Upon the completion of any eLearning course, all students will receive a non-endorsed certificate. Students may also receive an endorsed certificate based on their external qualification and fulfilment of prerequisites. The process of attaining these certificates involves the student completing a prerequisites form, which includes specifying which organisation(s) and governing body(ies) issued their qualification, providing the title and level of their qualification, and selecting the appropriate certificate type (endorsed or non-endorsed) from the available options.

  • eLearning certificates (non-endorsed): All students receive a non-endorsed eLearning certificate upon completion of the course via email. The email and certificate states that the eLearning course was completed, but not that the certificate does meets the requirements for endorsed CPD or any qualification.

  • Endorsed certificates (CIMSPA, NASM, AFAA, eREPS, USCCE): For students who meet the prerequisites and qualify for an endorsed certificate, the course administrator will verify the validity of their qualification and issue a second ENDORSED CERTIFICATE. To meet this requirement, students must upload a valid coaching or professional qualification (equivalent to L2 or above). Once verified, the course administrator will manually issue the endorsed CE/CPD certificate and send it to the student via email as a PDF file within one working week of prerequisite form submission.
